Joie de Vivre Eyes Brush Park For 118-Room Boutique Hotel

If you attended our February Public Meeting you were able to get a first look at the The Joie de Vivre Boutique Hotel plans for Brush Park.  This proposed development has hit the news in a recent Detroit Curbed article.  

The hotel will be located in Brush Park Corner of Brush and Fisher Freeway service Dr. 
The development will create over 400 new jobs in Detroit, including business & construction jobs,  hotel manager, greeters, chefs and opportunities for small business owners who will operate within the hotel.
